The Discovery Corporate Integrator is more than simply another benefit scheme – it is a unique incentive structure that recognises the importance of an employee's wellness, and encourages ongoing healthy choices with tangible financial rewards in the form of PayBacks:

  • The Corporate Integrator PayBack rewards a healthy lifestyle: Eligible employees can receive up to 30% of their Discovery Life Group Risk premiums back at the end of every year, based on their Vitality status.
  • The Corporate Integrator PayBack Booster rewards healthy outcomes: Eligible employees can also receive an additional 10% of their Group Risk premiums back after three years, if their measurements for cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose and BMI are in range, and they sign a non-smoker declaration.

Who is eligible for the Discovery Corporate Integrator?

Offering unique value to small and medium-sized enterprises, the Discovery Corporate Integrator is available to employers with between 20 and 500 employees. To qualify, employees must:

  • Be covered through their employer's Discovery Life Group Risk policy, with life cover of at least two times their annual income, and the Income Continuation Benefit
  • Be members of Discovery Health Medical Scheme
  • Have attended a Discovery Wellness Experience or completed a Vitality Assessment
  • Be engaged with the Vitality programme.
