Change in process for updating debit order banking details

As part of implementing controls that will lessen the risk of fraud, members of schemes administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd will be able to update their banking details for claims payment and debit orders online. This will be done through a One Time Password (OTP) functionality from December 2015.

The website will be the main channel for changes to member banking detail. If your employees do not have access to the website, they will need to complete a form to change their banking details and supply the required supporting documentation for all banking detail updates.
