If you’re already enjoying getting active with Vitality Active Rewards with Apple Watch but you want to get Apple Watch Series 2, we’ve created an opportunity for you. From 1 November 2016, you will have the option to get Apple Watch Series 2, subject to iStore availability of stock. Here’s how:

  1. Settle the outstanding balance you owe on your Apple Watch 1. To find out your outstanding balance and to settle this amount, email Discovery on discoverycard@discovery.co.za.
  2. Once the outstanding balance is settled, your Vitality Active Rewards with Apple Watch benefit will be cancelled.
  3. Activate the Apple Watch benefit for Apple Watch Series 2 on the latest version of the Discovery app, pay the activation fee and use your proof of purchase to collect your Apple Watch Series 2 from iStore.
  4. Get active with Apple Watch Series 2 in a way that suits you.

The monthly amount you pay is based on the retail price of your Apple Watch Series 2 at the time of collection from the iStore.

Terms and conditions apply. You need iPhone 5 or higher. You must have a Discovery Card (Gold or higher) with an available balance of at least R5 000, a straight limit of at least R15 000, and be in good standing. There is a once-off non-refundable activation fee of R600. Apple Watch Series 2 has a water resistance rating of 50 metres under ISO standard 22810: 2010. This means that it may be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. However, Apple Watch Series 2 should not be used for scuba diving, water-skiing or other activities involving high-velocity water or submersion below shallow depth. Classic Buckle, Leather Loop, Modern Buckle, Milanese Loop and Link Bracelet straps are not water resistant.
