How do I claim points?
- Vitality automatically receives your race data.
Once we have received the verified data from the timing company or race organiser, your points will be automatically uploaded if you have completed the event. The races where Vitality will automatically receive your race data are listed on the Vitality race events calendar. - You claim online for Vitality Race Events
For those events that are not included on the Vitality race events calendar and that qualify as timed and verified events, you can upload your results through the self-capture option on the Discovery website. You will need to complete the online form and upload a copy of your race certificate or proof of your results.
Vitality will then award your points. Please allow for up to four days for the points to reflect. You can view your points on the Vitality Points Tracker .
