2024-09-01 : Unable to activate, or select, Checkers as a HealthyFood partner
If you are trying to activate, or select, Checkers as a HealthyFood partner, please make sure that you have an active and linked Checkers Xtra Savings card. If you don't already have an Xtra Savings card and you try to create an Xtra savings card, you may get an error that your mobile number already exists. Kindly contact the Checkers Sixty60 Help Centre by calling 0800 00 6060 or emailing help@sixty60.co.za. The Help Centre is open every day from 8 AM-8 PM.

Claim points manually

If you claimed for your screening, assessment or vaccination from a medical scheme plan administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd, or if you completed it at a pharmacy in the Vitality Wellness Network, we will receive your results automatically and will award your points. If you are a Discovery Life only, Group Risk only, Libcare Medical Scheme member or you did not complete your assessment, screening or vaccination at a Vitality Wellness Network pharmacy, please submit your results here.
