How to earn Vitality points with your device
You can earn Vitality points and rewards when you use a wearable device or health app on your cellphone to track your fitness and health activities.
You can earn Vitality points by tracking your steps, heart rate, speed and sleep (coming soon) with a Vitality-linked device or app. You may link multiple devices to your profile. You'll earn Vitality points for the highest points-earning activity you complete in a day.

Steps
Track your steps with a device or app and earn up to 100 Vitality points a day.
Heart rate
Earn up to 300 Vitality points a day based on your age-related heart rate and gender.
Speed
Earn up to 100 Vitality points a day for your running, cycling or swimming speed workouts.
Sleep
Earn a Vitality Sleep Score by tracking your sleep regularity, duration quality in 2026.
VO2 Max
Track and improve your VO2 max to get fitter, plus earn up to 10,000 Vitality points for your Vitality Cardio Fitness Level.
